So, AirPigz has been hibernating for several years because it failed to produce any real income after thousands of hours of working on it... and then I tried to start Vintage Aviation magazine (via a kickstarter campaign) and that never got the chance to launch... but now I'm back with the idea for a cool adventure apparel company called KRUX, and I recently launched a Shopify store to sell the first product I've developed. It's pretty humble beginnings, as I just have these CUB leather patch hats for now, but it's off to a pretty good start with over 30 hats sold in under a week.
I've got 5 different styles of hat currently, and soon I'll be adding more patch designs. They are all aviation oriented currently, but in the long run I hope to expand into a more general market since I seem to have the production of beautiful, real leather patches pretty well figured out. The ultimate goal is to make money, buy airplanes!
If KRUX continues to get traction, I hope to develope some really cool adventure apparel that should be of interest to anyone living an active lifestyle.
